Crimson Cannons outdone by Tommie Bahadoor and Pinnacle, 4-0.

Bellevue, WA - Tommie Bahadoor went 1-2, sparking Mudville Pinnacle 18U to a 4-0 victory in seven innings over Crimson Cannons on Tuesday at Newport HS. He doubled in the fourth inning.

Crimson Cannons had no answer for starting pitcher Nolan Watson, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Watson gave up just two hits, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his four innings of work. Nick Strash worked 2/3rds of an inning followed by Garrett Saito, who got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He tossed 2 1/3 innings of shutout ball. Garrett struck out four, walked one and gave up no hits.

Mudville (20-11) never trailed after scoring one run in the fifth on a groundout by Jacob Wells. Mudville added three more runs in the bottom of the sixth. A bases loaded walk scored Duncan Skerrett to start the scoring in the inning.  This was Mudville's fourth shut-out victory of the 2013 season. Pinnacle is now 11-8-1 in WSBL play.
