What made you decide to join Mudville?
They were recommended to me as a high quality baseball program.

What can you say about the Mudville coaching staff?
The coaching staff seems to be very organized and informative.

What’s your first memory of Mudville?
Tryouts of 2011.

What do you love most about the sport of baseball?
I love the excitement and intensity of a close ball game.

If you weren’t playing baseball, what sport(s) would you be playing?
I would be playing football and swim team.

What kinds of things do you like to do away from the field?
I like to listen to music and clean my car.

When you attend college, what do you intend to major in and why?
I plan to major in the medical field.

If baseball doesn’t work out, what do you aspire to do after college?
I aspire to become a child pediatrician and work in a children's hospital.

Are you involved in the community? If so, what have you done?
Yes, I have coached a 12U Pony baseball team at Newcastle Baseball Club.

Do you have any high school teammates, current or former, who will or already play college baseball? And where?
Maiki'i Derouin at Grand View University and Zac Smit at Grand View University.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given and by whom?
"Play every game like it's your last" Josh Takayoshi.

Do you have any pre-game superstitions? If so, what are they?
Never wear your jersey until the game is about to start.

What number have you worn in high school? Does it have any significance to you?
I have worn #13 and #34. The number 13 jersey has always been my jersey growing up.

If you could meet any three people, dead or alive, who would they be?
Donald Trump, Babe Ruth and George Washington.

If you could visit one country you’ve never been to, what would that be and why?
I would visit Japan. They have a very different culture that is unique.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Randy Johnson.

What is your favorite baseball team?
Boston Red Sox.

What sporting event would you most like to see?
The World Series.

What’s the most important thing fans should know about you?
Support and cheering is always a big confidence booster.
