2010 Mudville Pinnacle Repeats As TCS Memorial Day Champions!

Redmond, WA - The start of the 2010 season begins with the defense of the Triple Crown Series at Marymoor Park in Redmond.

Mudville Pinnacle (4-1, 6-1) defeated RIPS Brewers 7-0 in the Championship Game. The event was played in inclimate weather throughout the weekend.

Sam Lattimer, Andrew Villeneuve and George Jiranek pitched a combined shut out. Mudville had lost to RIPS in the opening game of pool play 5-4 in 8 inning, Kansas City tiebreaker rule. Mudville then ripped off four straight victories; the last three games shut outs defeating the Mount Vernon Dawgs 10-4, Enumclaw Baseball Club 11-0 and Eastlake Tigers 1-0 before polishing off the RIPS Brewers in the final game.
