Mercer Island, WA - Mudville Pinnacle (43-17, 1-0) defeated the South End Hurricanes 9-1 in the first round of state on the arm of LHP Cam Wilson as he pitched a complete game 4-hitter. Catcher Peter Summerville went deep with a 3-run homer in the 3rd. Mudville plays the Wave on Wednesday at 6:30 PM, Island Crest Park.
